Hi there,

Quick question if I may.

Can someone tell me what the differences are between S15 specs and the prices associated with each?

Many thanks.

Dave.

Hi Dave, and welcome

What I'd recommend first is to have a read through the first four links listed in Useful Threads. They contain quite a bit of info about buying, and the cars themselves. If something isn't covered there, say so and we'll go over it :)

However, I'll answer the last one now. Yes, they are all imports. The S15 was only sold in Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Ya - I know there abit on the rare side :)

I'll still give it a stab though, someone might want to swap. ;)

To be honest I love the M3 - its a corker of a motor.

Ever thought about importing one yourself?
They are a bit more common in Japan ;)

The importing bit isn't too hard if you buy a stockie.

I would definetly import one if I lived in the UK. Just a matter of having the ESVA company picking the car up and get it through ESVA.
Only MOT to worry about. <---- short version :D

Just remember though, that if you got a 320bhp modded one, it'd have to be put back to standard for the ESVA, then everything added again. Plus you've got no gaurantee as to the workmanship of the mods nor, in fact, what has actually been done. This is why we recommend importing as standard as possible and doing it yourself.

Tottaly agree.
But saving money by importing yourself means more money for mods :)

Edit: mods as in modifications...... Not moderators

Interesting point about the mods - I'll bear that in mind.

I'll have to stick with the Evo for awhile though cos I don't have a spare 14k lying around. ;)

Lovely cars though the S15 - so I think it'll definately be my next purchase :)
