Sure I've seen a photo of a blue S15 with an Aero front bumper.... Anyone seen it, or know where there are some other photos of the same?

Thanks, mate. Spot on. The 2nd and 3rd photos look remarkably like the model kit I've got waiting to be built! :p

Pleased to report that a blue Aero front is now in transit from Japan :) Fooking expensive, but cheaper than from Japanparts and Perfectrun

Just notice that the aero bumper is different with for light and without. They seem to make a holder for it. SO does that mean there is two typre of aero bumper then.

are they just optional nissan parts?

They're JDM accessory parts, which means they can only be ordered direct from Japan.

There is only one design. If you look in the photos, you'll see that the fog light sockets are there on all. The fogs usually have to be removed when an FMIC is fitted.

I didn't say ALWAYS :p However, the experience over here with S14s and FMICs is that they do in most cases. Certainly they do with the Apex kit, which is based on one of the big Jap ones.

Its not a problem if you want fogs (not spots). I just fitted these, which actually look better:
