I think i know the answer to this, however: -

I have been meaning to get my camber adjusted via aftermarket arms for a while now, but i have a trackday on saturday, and am wondering if there is any movement in the standard upper links??

Looking in the Serivce manual it would seem that there is some adjustment, but i'm not sure how much.

Not enough.
Call driftworks, next day delivery on rear arms, 30 mins max each side to fit with penertrating oil, then 40 mins at an alignment place, youll get it done well before friday!

Oil to get into threads to make them easier to undo.

As for camber adjustment, even my car which is on the Nismo shocks which provide a fixed drop of 25-30mm at the extent of the camber adjustment Im still running around 1.5 degrees of Neg camber so youve got no hope if your down lower than this. I really need to buy some camber and toe arms, but will probably put up with it until I get some coilovers.

99% certain standard adjustment won't be enough at the back.

You could see if Bren's alignnment GB is still available. That'd save a bit of money over Driftworks and quality would be about the same. :)

Penetrating oil = WD40

I got in touch with Bren, the group buy price is still on but he doesnt have any in stock :(

I used almost half a can of WD40 last night, after almost 3 hours i managed to adjust the height on the drivers side, got the locking ring free on the passengers side, but couldnt get the top ring to move

Depends how low you have it. Standard tow adjustment can cope with a certain amount. It won't if you slam it...

If it does upset the toe, just get it adjusted when they adjust the camber. Its just a tear shaped bolt head that pushes out further for adjustment.
Penertrating oil is similar to WD40 but thinner. WD40 does the same job but you have to use alot more.
