Theres a white S15 for sale not too far from me at a trader called Top Blitz (http://www.topblitz.co.uk/). I spoke to them over the phone and they said that they have their cars imported for them through an uncle and are not bought at auction. The mileage is 29k and I asked them if they had a BIMTA certificate to prove this but they said that the S15 odometer cannot be altered as its electronic. Should I travel 55 miles or so to go view this or keep looking? Torque-GT have one coming in very soon (with the hideous Nismo spoiler which ill remove) however the mileage is a little high. What should I do? Is there any way of checking the mileage on the topblitz S15?

I think they are tell you bulls..... The electronic odometer (if not even easier) can be alter, thats how a lot of imports get it converted back to Miles.

So they dont have a BIMTA certificate, I will walk away if thats the case.

As JP825 said. However, you can pay for a BIMTA check yourself. This will include a mileage check.

Has it been converted to miles?
