Hmm no engine internal work at 400bhp. You would have thought the head gasket would have been changed to a metal one with ARP bolts (at the least).

NIce looking car though.

Not a bad looking car - like the kit...

Scooze my ignorance but what is that cylindrical metal item that sits in front of the fan getting a feed from the air filter intake piping and in this example is connected by orange silicone hoses?

:)

Always creases me up when people spend thousands on mods and think that translates directly onto the value of the car... Too overdone for me. God I hate wings...

The cylinder is a catch tank. Similar to mine...

Phil Morrison's S14 used to run around 400 brake with standard internals if I remember correctly.

It's good to see both sides though. If this was posted on Driftworks, I couldn't see there being many negative posts on it. Horses for courses, I guess :)

Ahhh - makes sense now.

I've seen oil catch tanks before but I thought they were more rectangular - certainly the Cusco one is aint it?

Are these a good idea in general or only worth it if you're really pushing the car a lot - like drifting and stuff?

Its a design thing only, really.

As with all fully plumbed catch tanks, they need to be filled with thick wire pan scrubbers (or similar) so that the vapour condenses properly. Otherwise it'll just pass straight through like the standard pipe.

Don't get me wrong, without the graphics and wing (and maybe non-bling wheels), it would be great :)
Half 2nd that! Minus the decals, minus the wing and chuck a black\carbon fibre hood on I think it would be sex on wheels!
