If your planing track days I reccomend r888 I use 235 45 17 on the rear with standard power and get hardly any spin just grips and grips

if you want a all around tyre Yokohama AD08r they are a amazing tyre!

17x8.5 and 17x9.5 Rays TE37's with Federal RS-R tyres. That's for a mix of road and track :)

I've got 17x8.5 with 225 45's on the front, 17x9 with 235 45's on the back. Gramlight 57d's.

Goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 2's all round. Great grip in the dry or wet. My one complaint is the sidewalls flex too much for my liking.

I'm going to try the new Nangkang NS2R's next, they're actually cheaper than the eagles.

This is very true, I used to run Eagle F1 GSD3 for years and they were great..... but the new generations have heaps of sidewall flex, plenty of grip but the sidewall wobble you get exiting hard corners is quiet a let down

Not sure on UK but here in sheep world down under we like the Nitto NT05 or NT01 as the next best thing to a all around semi slick
