Everyone's insurance is so cheap lol
How much performance rear wheel drive experience have you all got? As sky wont insure me because i have none

I have none at all! But in Ireland, they determine the cost by age and engine size, as the person I was getting my quote off had no idea what a Silvia was let alone its drivetrain :p

P.s. Sorry for all the useless info as I'm in a different country!

How did it take you 19 years to get a RWD car sims!?! Lol!

Im 28, 9yrs NCB, insured with sky and Adrian flux for the last 6 years. This year is was £612 FC with all mods declared!

I live in the south west though where us country foke don't get many town scum thieving our cars!

just be wary of admiral, as much as its great to get insurance so cheap, they don't have clue what an s15 is and therefor insurance could be invalidated if you crash. Not worth loosing a 8-10k car for a saving of £2-300! Just make sure they know what your car is!

Paying around £1500 a year at the minute through Elephant, unfortunately due to not having a NCB at the time of getting the S15 none of the specialists would touch me. Planning on switching in a couple of months though. Currently 28, no NCB (lost it almost a year ago in an accident in previous car), and I live in a terrible postcode. Hate paying so much but don't have much choice at the minute until I get my no claims back (weren't protected as although I passed test at 17 I couldn't afford to run a car until my mid-twenties so only had 1-2 years at time of accident).

Car is listed as a 'Nissan Silvia R Turbo (imp)' on my insurance documents.

My first year with Admiral was £1400. That was 22 with 5 years NCB and no performance experience. I'm less than £500 now at 24, although that's part of a multi car deal.

I'm 23 with 6 Ncb and my spec r was 1k with wheels, full aero kit, and cat back declared and that's with admiral. This April they said they will do me a multi car policy for it and my mk7 fiesta for 1k and give me an am extra years Ncb so in April I will have 8 years instead of 7 :)

Just done a quote on elephant and selected the car as a nissan silvia spec r turbo import and got a price of £1400, but with monthly installments it works out at just under £4k!
