So i sold my S15 a couple of months ago now and i am living with regret everyday! It was Kim's old S15 and was immaculate; to be replaced with a BMW 320D M sport. The reason for this is because i live in Telford (Midlands) but i'm based with the Navy down on Air Station Culdrose (Cornwall). I've now decided i can't live with this type of car because it's boring me to death!

The BMW will be sold and replaced with a £300 diesel of some sort and either another S15 or Skyline R33 GTR.. I know this is an S15 forum so many views may be biased however i just wanted to gather some more opinions on the matter! Running cost's won't really matter so much as i'll be running up and down the country in my cheap diesel. I loved my last S15 and definitely think it's the prettier car out of the two however the RB26 in the GTR is very tempting..

Just looking for opinions really on both cars. As said, i know it will be biased toward the S15 but hey ho!

As above my choice would be the 32 , if you were worried about the age and wanted something newer then the 34. I never liked the 33 tbh if it was a straight choice between 33 and 15 then the silvia would win every time

R32 GTR is the way to go mate!

Or an R34GTT with neo6 engine!

Don't get the R33 as they are ugly and poo!

Or just pimp out and buy a SpecR again ;)

And as if by magic.... a comparison of your dreams appears. (The 33 is a gts mind, cant have it all!)

For me, its 15, no comparison. The 34 sounds truly immense and this 33 is probably the fastest car i've ridden in but looks wish... 15 hands down.

Not a fan of 350's as drivers cars, sound good but bit flimsy American parts cars! But the v6 is quite good! To completely contradict myself I would have one! Ha!

I went from a 15 to amy current R34 GTT 4 door. I use the 34 more than i ever used the 15. When I had the 15, i thought it sounded pretty good, but after I got the 34 my opinion changed. The 34 just sounds sooo good it's addictive :D
I wouldn't say it's noticeably quicker though.

And 33's are ugly as they come. Skylines are 34's or 32's all the way

You see, i don't think the R33 GTR looks that bad. If i could afford the R34 GTR i would be getting one, no doubt, and as for the R32 GTR, it just looks too dated in my opinion. I could maybe run an R33 GTR until i can afford an R34 ;)

I like the R33 GTR, all of the GTR's infact! For me most of the skylines are ugly in their lower gtst spec's, and require alot of mods to makes them look good! But the soundtrack is massively addictive! So much nicer than the tappy rattly Sr20!

They are put together better than a 15 and don't feel so tinny! But again flicking it over they don't handle aswell and you don't get the same feedback. But as a daily the skyline is nicer feeling

I drove an e46 m3 the other day my friend has a really clean well looked after car and I was blown away by it.

thought it would be 'ok' but it was awesome! Very revvy, grunty engine quiet smooth and well built.i would consider one as my next car (not ever selling the a15).

Really? I had one before my 15 and didn't think much of it tbh was ok but didn't feel anywhere near as quick or special as the 15, found it quite boring in comparison.

Of I could I would have had an r33 gtr in midnight purple but I'm finding them common now hence why I went for a s15 aero if I went for a gtr now it would be a 32 or 34

This was alright went well, yes it felt safe to drive over my car but weight is the key here.our cars have nothing in the back of them where as a m3 is heavier so that helps traction.

its not as full on to drive but I found it to be a nice car.ige had much faster cars then the M3 but as an all round car I felt it was good..

hi Jamie, I would go for a 34GTT, infact that was what I was going to have till I realised I couldn't fit it in our garage :wack: you may remember how tight the garage entrance used to be! hence why I got the slimmer s15. The 34 sounds fantastic drives well and very tuneable ;)
