It sure looks like OEM Spec-R sideskirts with some small addon on the bottom.

Spats don't look like oem tho, so maybe the go togheter as a modified oem kit?

they do look like OEM skirts but I don't think they are modified. Seen a few of them around. Purchased a pair from yahoo auctions and the seller wasn't sure either. They are 1 piece unlike OEM which are two piece
