Best cams for na sr20

Got an s15 spec s with a five speed tranny wondering what cams would work best for the motor. Not looking at a huge boost because I know the na sr doesn't produce a lot of power as na but still would like better than stock. Any idea? Also wanting to keep the stock spring for now don know to much bout how to go bout replacing that completely. Also any idea bout swapping a better flowing head. Heard the sr20ve is bad ass but don't know how to swap. Thanks

Prob best asking people in the US who mod SR20DE's in the front wheel drive cars i know there's alot of them with bigger cam set ups, yes its been done to S15's but most people on here up the DET S15s.

If you are just after a little better then stock, look at what Autech did with the SR, or as you mentioned the VE head, a guy down here in NZ put a 260 or 270 (cant remember exactly) into his spec s but did do things like springs, retainers, VCT removal, cam gears, head porting, custom manifold ect. was rather expensive for 220 odd hp
