Yes, they are defectable if your'e unlucky enough to get a hard nosed cop. Anything thats not stock or engineered can attract a defect which unfortunately is happening more and more.

Put them on if you are prepaid to take the risk.

Yes I agree, they just love to protect us from ourselves. I'm amazed that our modding forefathers managed to survive.

In aus, practically everything is defectable, but those taillights are pretty dark if you ask me cops will surely notice that and pull you over and go bananas

Guys, what will your cops say about my mods? )) Was thinking about moving to Australia with my wife, and now I don't know if I should take my car with me or just sell it here, in Russia ;)

they might not look at you too much if you stay sensible on the roads, but for all the hassle of getting it over here and then all the inspections/checks it will need to pass its probably easier if you just buy another one here.

You wont have to much trouble finding a job, and S15's, there is a plethera of them here. We were only 1 of 2 countries outside Japan to see them as a Nissan new vehicle sold locally. They have also been sold as Japanese imports for the last 6 years here as well.

That's a great news, mate! Thx... ))
I wonder, if a PR specialist with experience of mehanic could find a job with an invitation to your country from a company? ;)
