Guy who crashed it, don't have the car anymore. Insurance company collected it (I assume guy who crashed it, got "good" money from insurance :/) and its now sale on so called "crashed car center" or something :D I don't now name of it in english.

7600€ pricetag is atm. Anyone can make offer of it and eventually that "center" will sell it to someone who has biggest offer.

TriniGT - I can find out specs of those wheels. I'll be back with later on ;)

It's a wreck though, who would want to buy it? Especially for that price. All it's worth is the value of the parts that survived and by looking at it, not many will be intact!

Jees would it even be worth buying that back! Looks like its had it tbh...whole new front end needed and the driver side rear quarter looks bent at the window pillar
Someone already did. I wouldn't have done that, not with these body repairing skills :D The guy bought it for about 23k euros ~20k gbp and wrecked it instantly :s

?? Guy who broke it, paid maximum of 19200€ because that was asking price when car was on sale. New owner brought car home at evening and crashed it next morning. About 20 year old guy. He got money from insurance and now I bought car from insurance company for 3700€.

Ahh ok, I only saw it when it had the 23k tag :p either 19200 or 23000, it's hella lot money to wreck under 24h..

would you not of been better off buying say a stock S15 thats in one bit and make it your own than go through the headace of that trying to make it half of the car it was before never mind as straight as it was :wack:
even for 3700 euro your going to need I would say pos 7ish to get that right at least, each to their own but to much of a burden for me to handle lol

Most of what made it look nice before the crash needs replacing anyway. Will be interesting to see what you can do with it though.

We'll see :) Only fibreglass part that seems to need replacement instead of fixing is drivers side front wing. Plan is to fix FRP parts and then mould them to make new one piece parts, not just repair damaged ones. Rear quarter will be replaced with new OEM one from nissan, also radiator support etc. on front. Front inner wheel well and body frame are coming from S14 which I have for breaking, also fuse box and wiring that needs replacing. OEM white hood, passenger side airbag and rear side glass have been promised to me for a good price. Garage is full of S14 OEM and upgrade parts so I think there is also much of what I can use :)

I'm going to pickup car at next weeks Friday and then start to examine car for more and do some dismantling also.

I'm pretty sure that fixing this will come cheaper than getting standard one and making it to look same. Local JDM car importer told that good grade low mileage Spec-R would cost about 10t€ tax-free in Finland imported by them. Then I would have to pay Finnish motorvehicle taxes and registration fees and etc. about 3-5000€ (btw. Finland has second highest motorvehicle taxes in Europe) Then I would have to buy body kit and get it to Finland, at least 4000€ including shipping + taxes. Then wheels etc... No way it would be under 20000€ on road in Finland :(

I'll try to keep this thread updated on progress with car or start a new thread and post also pics of it. I have few ideas on engine and other stuff already but I'll get back on them later, Neo-VVL head is one of them ;)

Btw. Anyone know for sure does S14 windshield fit S15?

Damn, S14 one would have about 250€ installed :( Yeah, there will be no shortcuts made so it takes time what it takes :) I have 2 years before time expires on getting it on road again or it has to be taxed again.. Thanks for respect :)

I can say with experince that not more than 2600€ is needed for taxes and registration fees etc.
But I still like that someone is trying to give a new life for this beauty ;) Make sure you start project thread here and dnsf forum :)

My S15 had 40k km on it when I got it and I could've bought like atleast 2 bodykits(2k ea) to get to that 20k euros :p

Fair play, but I wouldn't bother. Might be worth stripping for parts, to sell on, but that chassis looks beyond repair?! Surely?

Yes, that is plan b if chassis is too bad to fix. I can get easily that what I paid if I need to strip it to parts and sell them.

Well, this bodykit is 312,900yen in Japan so it is about 2800€ without shipping + import fees. And these wheels are hard to get used from Yahoo Auctions so they would be at least 250,000yen or more as new.
