lol Suspect :)

Tooley - totally understand... I was gonna leave the tracking/drifting until end of year when K-Sports have been sorted but suddenly a mate has told me about Rotorstock 7 (been past couple of years), was gonna give it a miss this time round but apparently they have a sprint track layout where the drifting usually is. And if you go as a show car with club, it's FREE all day haha!! I'm there.. with or without working front brakes!!! :D

Subzero - TurboAL owns Mint's old car now. SSR Professors mmmmmm... but not sure about widths and offsets...

Ha ha yes it just so happens to be mints old car and luckly for me im the new prowd owner. I've been keeping it fairly quite as i've wanted to put my own stamp on it. There 18 x 10 all around with an et 16. It was very hard to get them under stock rear arches, required getting all adjustable rear arms adjsuted to as short as possible and am running 3 degrees of camber which is quite detrimental to tire wear and rear end grip. and 4 degrees on the front. it handles like it on rails though. no chance of understear. Unfortunatly i bent a slight bit of the lip the front ns wheel :-( (car parking accident). hopefully it repairable other wise wider dish for the rear :). o and if anyone want to buy the old wheels volk gt-n give us a shout. sorry lupix for hyjacking this thread some what.

@ Turbo Al - Youve certainly made your mark ... wheel choice and fitment rule !!! ( thanks for the offset figures, in all sorts of confusion with regards what i can and wont be able to fit my own s15 . the prof's are my ideal wheel but may go black work meisters too .

@ ray - gas man, some change driving on the UK roads, my s15 loved it the past two summers heading to JAE .

Well i consider i've made a start but got alot more to do before it is how i want it to be, I'll tell you now thou the wheel spec are on the max for standard rear quarters. infact i'm going to have the rear quarters pulled out soon as the rear cambers is rediculous. For myself my ideal wheel is either the professors that i have and gram light 57pro i think it is. meister are very similar to the proffessors but the mesiter have wheel nuts around the complete rim of the wheel and the disc is completely concaved. personally i prefer the less concaved slighly flatter disc of the proffessors with the break in the bolts that run around the lip where the spokes of the wheel join the rim. When i go wide body i would like even deeper dish but we'll see. The biggest pain in the ass to having dished wheels is preventing the lips getting damaged (doesn't help with running stretched tires but thats just something thats got to be done) and if you have polished dish keeping them polished as they crode really fast. I'm going to have the wheels reffer'ed when they get real bad and at the same time have the centres painted gold.

This one photo of mine is going to make up for the pure lack of me taking photos, mainly becasue Ive not noticed anyone else has it.

Sorry for adding this to your thread James but seemed pointless to start a new thread for one photo :rotfl:
