With the savage weather we were having at the weekend & some new goodies from Cleancar.ie I had to give the Silvia a clean :D

It was an easy enough job as I had the car up for a Show and Shine at a charity trackday two weeks ago so it had a fresh coat of Auto Glym Super Resin Polish & Super Gloss Protection and only needed a wash

Even so I couldn't get over how easy it was with the Chemical Guys Maxi suds II shampoo, washed in a half hour using the two bucket method with immaculate results IMO - finished off with an Auto Glym Aqua Dry chamois...

The best part was how simple it was to clean the alloys; they were covered in dirt, tar and brake dust and it all just wiped off :notworthy:

They got 4 coats of Smartwax Rimwax in March & as you can see it's still going strong :D

Thanks Tooley, bronze rims are almost as easy to keep looking clean as the Pewter is
