Drift Decals - My Design :)

Ok guys :wave:

This is total marmite... I've put it up on my Facebook gallery and around 80% like it and the rest are adamant it's against their religion to 'deface' an S15 lol :wack: But what's certain is that I spent 3 hours on Fireworks tonight putting together my own design (ok the slashes were copied a bit from a drift car I've seen hehe) but I love the result and I'm deffo gonna get this all put on the car once I've sorted out Vertex style front bumper and side skirts :thumbs:

Love to hear your thoughts good or bad lol... And knowing me, I'll get bored after 6 months to a year and go back to clean look again

Not my kind of thing mate, think you car looks the nutz plain or maybe with a subtle graphic. It will def have people stopping to look at shows and in the street and it will look very good on the track (just needs some cable tie action to complete the drift wagon look which im sure wont take long:thumbs. Not sure it will look so good driving around town or stuck in traffic. lol

Firstly your photoshop skills are second to none mate! I think the graphics will look really good when your sideways on a DWYB day but as suspect said, maybe a little extreme on day to day basis. But I know how much you enjoy drifting James so am fairly sure that won't put you off.. at all!

wouldnt do it to mine, but looks quite smart on yours, just depends if you can live with it on a day to day basis????

lol thanks for the comments guys... yeah I know what people are saying cos at shows and drift events the graphics will fit in well. Just as a daily driver it's a bit crazy. Feedback has really only been negative about the Sonic part from others so I'm looking to change this as the more I think about it, I think it can do better and maybe summat more 'JDM street' in that place.

Really appreciate the comments and best thing... I can rip it all off when I get bored and believe me, I will. I swear decals are as addictive as cocaine (although please don't take that comment as me being a junkie cos I'm not!!) :wack:

I'm with suspect I'm afraid, will look fantastic at shows etc but not on a daily basis... But like you said you can always remove them in the off season :thumbs:

Yeah Trial I don't think this'll be one the car more than 12 months so I'll keep cycling through crazy drift decals and clean look haha

haha cheers mate... people who've met me know that I'm more into this S15 stuff for the thrill of sideways and fast road (plus the odd track session). I just can't get enough of driving her so believe me the graphics won't be there as a 'show 'n' shine' feature... it's purely there cos I want the mods to enter the drift side of things and yes, cos I'm a bit crazy on 'in yer face' additions lol

I think the decals look great mate, will really set the car off and make it even more special.

Personally I love the sonic too that's also a nice touch

nope, sorry but the whole decal thing is fine on the track when you know its mostly advertising the sponsors products, but on the road? not my cuppa at all. fair play to anyone doing it as its all about individuality etc, but i will take the cleaner look all day....

Saying that i said i didnt like it on face book its because i like your s15 as it is but it will look wicked with the graphics also!

I did the student gumball rally in my s14 and i had loads of graphics on mine.
