i used to favour building up coats of wax gives more depth

i did use an electric polisher if a car really needed it but i prefered to use good old fashioned elbow grease!

to be honest its where alot of people go wrong they wax but dont prepare the paintwork 1st
if the paints still got contaminates on it, you can use £100 wax it wont be any good!

i like bodyshop 3m handglaze to start off then build up the coats of wax.

yours looks lovely so youre doing a good job......fancy doing mine?!!!

Ahh, nightmare! I've got thousands of pics on my computer and nearly lost them all once so got an external hard drive to be safe. I look forward to having a read anyway :)

cheers mate - i think they are trying to sort another grasshopper soon, we should try and get our usual micro meet of s15's too lol. as for the diy - its almost finished mate, just some finishing off in the kitchen/diner and then on to the garden. jo helps out as much as she can but never minds me playing with the car. she still thinks i shoul buy an ls2, but i'm starting to enjoy the sr again as its running perfectly now i've serviced it and put the £1.24 copper plugs in lol :)
