Reading Mints thread about his mx5 for winter, i realised i had not showed you my new daily drive :wack:
i used to drive a supercharged toyota yaris Tsport but sold it a couple of months ago.

It was replaced by a Honda Integra DC5 :smitten:in championship white.

Heres a few pics of both my rides together

oh snap

Really like Integras. Especially the DC5, but the JDM DC2 doesn't look too bad. To bad it's WWD though :( (Wrong Wheel Drive).

A lowering and a nice set of white 18" TE37s will do the trick

I'm loving it guys :D
Its great fun straight out the box so to speak, it handles so well

lowering has been discused but it would only be by a spring change if it happens, i like the fact i can drive over speed humps without trouble
unlike the s15 :wack:

Working where i do, it would be a waste not too put a set of Rays on next year after winter :p

Someone has offered me one as part ex for the S15.

Need to confirm more tho - so far all I got is 'will you consider a p/x for a CW 01 DC05. WHich I understand to be a ITR DC5, but WTF is a CW 01? :wack:

And anyone know what theyre worth?

CW = Championship white - colour of Teg
01 = 2001 -the year of car

What it's worth depends on it's condition / mileage etc
and if its a C pack or not.

C package = electric folding mirrors, rear wash wipe, parcel shelf,
tinted rear glass.

Topper- its great fun to drive, also as i use it for my work trips
its copes great with normal daily driving.
Performance wise top end it could stay with s15 but not as good 0-60,
handles amazing too...can you tell i'm loving it :smitten:

Thanks! :)

Here's what he's told me about it:
"Its a 2001 Championship white DC5 Type R, Number plate is K20 TEG which will go on the car, Just turned 70k on clock, bout 10 months mot and tax left,
Its lowered on eibach springs, has a cat back system and gruppe M induction kit, J's racing torque damper and esmm motor mount fitted which is basically a stiffer engine mount insert to stop engine rocking about, apart from that it is standard looking. I have diff wheels on it at the mo but will sell it with the std rims i think"

So how much?

Basically, its a std car with a set of springs :wack:

Torque GT have a 2001 DC5 with 68k on it in the same colour with 'C' pack and its going for £9995 just to give you an idea!

That one has a nice number plate though ;) haha and Gruppe M induction kits aren't cheap and give one of the highest gains on the K20 engine!
