Anyone know what those exact wheels are? Nismos of some sort or?

The ones on the rack are TE37s as far as I can see but not sure as the ones on the car.

They do come up for sale every now and again on places like the sxoc etc. You just have to be patient and be willing to pay a premium.

Nismo LMGT4's where the wheel nismo listed for the s15 in their catalogue, so the period correct wheel as well.

By stupid money, what sort of range are we looking at ? Because if I can't secure a set of these, I will be looking at the TE37SL's and they retail at about £2000 or so for the sizes I want. So as long as these don't go over that, it should be fine. But then again I guess they don't come up for sale very often so... :(

Do you guys rate SSR wheels well? They seem silly money for some of their models, like over £3500 in some cases :/

Yeah your talking similar money to TE37SL's, maybe a little more due to the rarity. They are basically a 5 spoke version of the TE37, both made by Rays.

I have just complete my set of TE37's, x2 18x9.5's for the front and x4 18x10.5's for the rear. So lightweight, look forward to getting them on.

Mayes SSR is another good manufacturer, make some great looking Motorsport wheels too.

If you dont mind buying second hand there is a set on ebay for £1000 collection. They are 17's.

Only problem is they are white, but you could spend £300 quid getting them refurbed in a nice bronze, and then you have a set of Nismo wheels in 'as new' condition for only 1300.

They are actually anodised bronze from new but a freshly painted set would look almost as good. I have bin really lucky with my LMGT4 collection, I have a set of 17 x 8.5 and 9.5 that I paid £550 for because matey preferred his Rota's! And a pair of 18 x 8.5 that I paid £120 for because some idiot had painted them purple and then black, I just hit them with the work's steam cleaner set to 150 degrees C and now they are bronze again!
They are out there at prices cheaper than the copies that everyone pee's their pants over, you just have to keep your eye's peeled.
