Right chap's I have done the search and only found a post about fitting HID'S to S15 headlights and people asking if it can de done.. Well I did it yesterday and took some pic's to help anyone who may want to do it themselves.
Parts needed,
Pop revets, X2
Some strips of metal needs to be quite rigid, about 25mm wide and 200mm long. X2
Some strips of metal about 80mm long. X2
I used some random bits I had laying about but some thick gauge body repair metal would be ideal.
6X M8x15mm long x1.25 thread. Allen heads ideal..

Tools needed,
Pop rivet gun,
M8x1.25 helicoil kit.. Link below to buy one..

Cordless drill,
Various drill bits, 8.5mm/9mm, 3mm. Are what I used.
Tin snips/cutters,
File,
De,burring tool that fits in drill chuck..

Picture 1/2/3 shows the underside of the headlight and the fitting of the hellicoils..

Part 2..
As the pictures show it secures the ballasts very well and allows them to be hidden when fitted. Hope this helps anyone wanting to fit HID's to Non HID's S15 headlights, I then refitted and tested and beam pattern is spot on and all is good..any questions just ask.. I may get chance to make up a couple of sets of brackets if I do I will let you know..
