hey guys, does anybody have a modified base map for s15 sr20de? i am going turbo and changing internals and i can't tune it on a dyno before i brake in the engine. what shall i do?
why not see if someone has a spare standard turbo EFI computer that they are not using. you could use that to run it in and then give it back when you are ready to tune it. just a thought.
nice thinking but that is a bit difficult, i don't know anyone that isn't using his ecu at the moment.
how about if i use the fuel map from a det and the ignition map from a de?
i don;t know if i can use det's ignition mao because of the distributer. any ideas?
maybe the tuner can set you up with a basic map when the engine gets put in.

isn't the standard turbo ecu working with individual coils? mine is with distributer.
