Due to my repair being done by chimps, as you are probably aware i have had a lot of electrical issues. Have found that my speed sensor, fuel sender unit, boost sensor and indicator relay have all been fried. My question is when running an aftermarket boost gauge (mine will be a depo one) it says they come with a new sensor, does this run off the OEM one or do you swap them out?

My OEM boost gauge is wonky too, the needle now starts of in what would be like 1.8 bar position with the ignition on and then when you start the car it fires the needle into the back of the stop post. It seems to work as when you change gear it goes to negative vacuum so maybe the sensor is ok its just the gauge is ****ed. Anyone in SE fancy lending me their OEM gauge??
