Electrical stuff after S15 Spec S auto to manual conversion

I have been googling and forum hopping for the past two weeks, and I am now 99% clued up on what a auto to manual swap entails, but the only question that still go unanswered is "Which wires go where?". I intend to run the auto ECU for now, since I'm building a new motor, and when it is finished and ready to be dropped in, I'll be spending $2k on a aftermarket ECU anyway. What I want to know is:

1. Which wires do I bridge to make the car think it's in neutral, and thus allow it to start?
2. Which wires can I cut and get rid of, since they will no longer be needed?
3. How do I wire up the reverse lights?
4. Will the auto ECU freak out and cause the "check engine" light or something to come on?
5. What exactly is the difference between the ECU from an S15 auto vs manual?

If anyone can help me answer these questions, I'd be much obliged. I don't want to spend an entire weekend doing the swap and then realise the car won't start or drive because I've wired something wrong.

Cheers!

Hey man,

Did you end up finding out how to bridge the wires to make it think it's in neutral? I'm about to do a conversion on my s15 would be great if you could reply with a few pointers!

Cheers!
