FS: Low mileage White S15 Spec R interest?

considering selling my S15, which was registered just recently.

its got 23k miles on it

Tax 5 months

just had breathing mods and strut brace, and OEM BOV mod, which i put on recently.

Greddy Power Extreme catback 2.5" (will throw in 3" system upon Negotiation)
Hornet CAT 1 Alarm, with certificate
OEM Dump Valve mod
Tein Spring
16" S14 alloys with 4 NEW tyres
Oil and filter changed
Coolant replaced
Brake and clutch fluid replace
Fuel Filter replaced
Cusco Front and rear upper strut brace.

Only use V power

All items were done in the last month

The only issue is that it preferably needs a full kit on it, it had a kit before but i took the car in with standard bumpers and without sideskirt. plan was to get it kitted and sprayed, but money trouble means i need cash.
