the ITBs on the GTI-R might work, you may haqve to mess about with the runners though, as the redtops have a different entry angle in the head, maybe a re-drill her and there. although they are not ideal as im sore i read somewhere they they are fairly restrictive higher up the revs.

EFI Hardware also make a pretty badass looking set of 45s for the SR20DE. http://www.efihardware.com/

it might be worth emailing them and asking.
